A new study published in the Journal of Affective Disorders Reports sheds light on the profound and often devastating effects of antidepressant withdrawal. Led by Joanna Moncrieff of University College London, the research found that 80% of participants withdrawing from antidepressants experienced moderate to severe impacts on their lives, including disrupted work, strained relationships, and even the loss of jobs.

E very time I put pen to paper about my story I shiver for I do not know what my pen will blacken the paper with. But I let it blacken, for maybe some part of the narrative will give further courage to another.
