Mood Tracking: My System for Reducing Psychiatric Hospitalizations

It’s about learning to self-regulate, so that, if and when mental storms pass through, they no longer require such harsh societal intervention. I do know that I was also hospitalized in 2005, just as Hurricane Katrina was getting ready to make landfall. Truth be told, this self-awareness is the therapy provided by my system.
