Before I understood my own neurodivergence, I simply thought I couldn’t cope with life as well as others. We often assume we’re just “too emotional,” “lazy,” or “bad at coping.” we often self-soothe through overworking, perfectionism , tech scrolling, or people-pleasing , which only fuels the cycle further.
Because in 2025, politics is personal. My therapeutic approach is grounded in trauma-informed, systems-aware, and grief-sensitive care. And some are only “functional” because one person is constantly shrinking, suppressing, or self-abandoning to keep the peace. It was built to help people cope with it — quietly.
