My therapeutic approach is grounded in trauma-informed, systems-aware, and grief-sensitive care. I integrate elements of narrative therapy, existential therapy, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), all within a trauma-informed and systems-oriented framework. To be trauma-informed, we must be system-informed.
Trauma therapy designed specifically for sensitive women understands that being highly aware and emotionally deep isn’t something to be fixed, but rather a natural variation in how our brains process information and experiences.
